A procura do “saber” deve ser uma constante na nossa vida.
Por este motivo, estamos mais uma vez a desafiar toda a comunidade gímnica a procurar novos saberes e a refletir sobre os mesmos.
Neste novo Congresso, procuramos matérias de interesse para os que se dedicam à ginástica, assim como, alguns dos melhores formadores nestas áreas. Também procuramos a ligação à Universidade que sabemos fundamental.
Muito obrigado a todos aqueles que estão a colaborar connosco neste evento.
Desejamos um excelente Congresso e que os ensinamentos retirados vos acompanhem nas vossas vidas.

The search for knowledge should be a constant focus for all of us.
We are, therefore, once again challenging the entire gymnastics community to seek out new knowledge and to reflect on it.
The 2024 Congress will pivot on subjects of relevance to those dedicated to gymnastics, and will have some of the best scholars and coaches in those areas. The Congress will also be linked with universities, which is crucial to grow the gymnastics overall knowledge.
We would like to thank all of you who are assisting us with this event, and wish you an excellent Congress, knowing that the insights gained are going to benefit you throughout your careers.
